2018 Fulton County Scholarships

The Fulton County Community Foundation has more than 50 scholarship funds available from which we awarded more than $128,000 in 2017. Scholarship dollars are varied and cover a wide range of criteria. Whether a graduating senior, current college student, or non-traditional student there are scholarships available. FCCF endowment scholarships typically range from $300 to $5,000.

2019 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Application Available

The deadline for the 2019 Fulton County Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship application is September 4 at 3:00 p.m. EST. More information and the application are below.

Preschool Scholarships

The NICF is in the third year of a partnership with local preschools, schools and other organizations,to offer preschool scholarships for the children of Fulton, Miami and Starke Counties.

The goal of the program is to make one year of preschool education affordable to every child in our counties. Need-based scholarships are available to families of four-year-old children.

Emma Dahlquist Receives Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship

Emma Dahlquist, a Rochester Community High School graduating senior, has been named the 2018 Fulton County Community Foundation Lilly Endowment Community Scholar.

Emma will receive a four-year, full-tuition scholarship to an Indiana college or university of her choice and a $900 yearly stipend for required books and equipment.

Emma is the daughter of David and Cheryl Dahlquist and plans to attend the Depauw University. For her field of study, she is considering Chemistry (Pre-Medicine), Theatre, and Psychology. Read more.
