Fulton County Community Foundation Health and Wellness Grants Available

The Fulton County Community Foundation is welcoming grant requests that support local charitable public health organizations or programs that focus on the health and wellness of the residents of Fulton County, Indiana.

Organizations interested in a community health and wellness grant must submit a Fulton County Health and Wellness Grant application by October 1st. Detailed information, including the application, can be found in the Fulton County grants section of the Northern Indiana Community Foundation website, nicf.org.

The grant is made possible by the Brent L. Blacketor Memorial Fund established in 2009 by Mabel Blacketor in memory of her son Brent, and the Hope Hospice Legacy Fund created for the benefit of Hope Hospice to carry out its mission, and amended in 2013 to support local charitable public health initiatives.

A total of $5,000 is available for this year’s Health and Wellness grant initiative.
