03 Jun Celebrating Our 2025 Starke County Scholars
We are proud to announce that this year, over 55 scholarships were awarded to more than 40 deserving students from Knox, North Judson-San Pierre, and Oregon Davis High Schools totaling more than $77,000 in support for their educational journeys!
These awards were made possible by the generosity of our donors who have created scholarship funds to invest in the future of Starke County. Thank you for helping make dreams a reality.

- NJ-SP Graduate Hannah Flores Ness was the recipient of the Jim & Nella Kersting Memorial Scholarship which was presented by their granddaughter Alicia Collins this year

- North Judson-San Pierre Senior Teagen Hampton received this year’s Paul and Donna Altman Scholarship established by Dave and Lyn Altman

- Oregon-Davis Senior Class President and Valedictorian Hannah Danford also received the Starke County Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship which covers the cost of 4-years of tuition and required fees at any public or private Indiana university or college
