The Starke County Community Foundation (SCCF) is excited to celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2021. In honor of this milestone, the SCCF will begin sharing monthly articles that celebrate the Community Foundation, its history, and all those who have made it possible. Join us in celebrating the 25th anniversary of philanthropy in the community by following our monthly articles found on our website, nicf.org.
This series will feature stories about how SCCF works, how it all began, how it benefits our community, ways to get involved, and the types of funds donors can set up to fulfill their charitable wishes. The series will end with a very special day of the year—Giving Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021!
We hope you will join us in celebrating this special year. SCCF could not have done it without everyone who has donated their time, support, and funds to the Foundation the past 25 years.
The Starke County Community Foundation’s monthly year-long pop-up grant series is in celebration of its 25th anniversary! The Ambassadors Club, a subcommittee created of former board members of the Community Foundation, will choose a non-profit each month whose work they wish to honor with a surprise $1,000 grant. Who will they choose to support?
“By creating the Starke United Fund, we are able to be a member of the United Way and offer help to Starke County on a different level.”
