The mission of Maple City Health Care Center is to foster a healthy community by providing and promoting affordable, accessible and integrated quality care. It provides affordable medical home and primary health care for uninsured and under-insured people in the north, east and central Goshen neighborhoods.
ECCF funding will help accomplish the final phase of a three-year facility expansion including excavating and paving of its upper level parking. The expanded parking capacity will enable MCHCC to provide health care for at least 2,400 more people a year and improve its effectiveness by increasing the safety of people who use the upper level parking and by enabling future growth.
