Our mission is to foster community in our neighborhoods by providing and promoting affordable, accessible and integrated quality care. With ECCF’s help we will improve our facility to increase the number of patients we serve (from 2,313 to 4,500 by 2015) and provide group care for pregnant women and for people with chronic diseases like hypertension, asthma and diabetes. We need to reconfigure our office space and improve our neighboring house with a new roof, weather-efficient siding and windows, insulation and porch repair. Our project’s impact will be fewer ER calls, lower rates of premature birth and fewer children sick from preventable diseases. In summary, more people will live more healthfully.
