The Elkhart Child Development Center provides high-quality childcare and educational services to children of lower income families in Elkhart County. The Center’s services include the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of the child, while strengthening the family unit. The ECCF’s full funding will be utilized to upgrade the technology throughout the Child Development Center. Wireless internet will be installed throughout the building, and computers will be upgraded in the office to better serve the parents during enrollment as well as added to the children’s room to enhance their learning experiences.
