Downtown Elkhart, Inc provides both long-time residents and first-time visitors multiple reasons to frequent and rediscover the ever-changing and entrepreneurial city of Elkhart. The ECCF provided partial funding for the rehabbing of the “Arts Hub” location, which will offer affordable artist studio work space, a venue for art classes, and high-quality gallery space to show and sell local artist’s work. This space will also serve as headquarters for Downtown Elkhart, Inc’s quarterly Elkhart ArtWalk series.
