    Submission of a request to be posted on the Engagement Platform does not guarantee that it will be posted. The Community Foundation reserves the right to accept or decline a posting request.

    After you submit your request to be posted, your request will be reviewed by Foundation staff. You will be notified regarding the status of your request within 1 week. The Community Foundation may ask you for additional information in order to decide whether or not your request will be posted.

    If your request to be posted is approved, and donors begin contributing toward your project, an amount equating to approximately 4.2% plus $0.30 per transaction will be added to their contribution which will be used to cover the Community Foundation's administrative costs in addition to PayPal's processing fees. Donors will be made aware of those fees prior to making their online gifts.

    If donors contribute to your project, you can expect to receive a check from the Community Foundation for the total amount raised, minus administrative and processing expenses, within two weeks after your posting expired or your goal was met, whichever came comes first.
