| IAHPERD Scholarship: The Indiana Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (IAHPERD) will be awarding four $500 scholarships to college-bound high school seniors who plan on attending a college our university in the state of Indiana and who plans a course of study in one of the following areas: health education; physical education; recreation or dance education; athletic training; sport administration; and exercise science. Majors such as pre-med; nursing; physical therapy; engineering; dental hygiene; and other allied health professions are NOT within the fields represented in IAHPERD and cannot be considered for this scholarship. | IPFW Chapman Scholars: Indiana Purdue @ Fort Wayne will be providing four students with full tuition, fees, room, board and textbooks for up to four years. Big Sun Scholarship: The Big Sun Organization is proud to be able to continue to help young athletes succeed in their academic pursuits. They are offering an annual $500 scholarship to a deserving student. All student athletes are eligible for this award, regardless of which sport they are participating in. ENID DEEN MORRIS Memorial Scholarship - this scholarship is being offered to honor the memory of Enid Deen Morris (PHS graduate of 1931). PHS graduate must be a female and pursuing continuing education in a medical field (including technical ancillaries). Scholarship is $500.

Peru Municipal Ladies’ Golf Association Scholarship (girls only). The Peru Municipal Ladies’ Golf Association promotes and encourages an interest in golf for girls and women Miami County. One mean is the annual award of a $200 golf scholarship to a graduating senior girl who will be entering college upon graduation.

Taylor-Stanton Art Award. This award is for the Top Senior Art Student who is planning to attend a college or university or an Art School.
The student will have his/her name placed on the plaque located in the art gallery and a monetary award will be given directly to the student.
This Top Art Student Award is named for Wayne F. Taylor, PHS Art Teacher from 1946-1973; and Paul F. Stanton, PHS Art Teacher from 1966-1996.
Mr. Taylor was my Art Teacher and inspired me to attend college where I became an Art Teacher. I returned to PHS in 1966, and I taught with Mr. Taylor until he retired in 1973. I continued teaching until 1996 when I retired. Student selected by recommendation of Art Department.
