Memorial & Honorary Gifts

Giving a gift in honor or memory of a loved one to the Community Foundation is one of the most meaningful ways to celebrate a life. You can designate your gift to one of our existing funds in his/her honor, or you can create a fund that bears his/her name.

What better way to pay tribute to someone you care about—than by giving a gift that will grow over time and continue to give back to the community they loved forever.

You can make a gift now with your credit card, or you can fill out the form below and mail your gift to our office. A card acknowledging your gift will be sent to the person you indicate on the form. The amount of your tax-deductible gift will only be shown on your receipt.
